Auto Sales Person- Kia of Downtown Los Angeles

Job Description

• Sells/leases new or used automobiles, trucks and vans on premises of vehicle sales establishment
• Be a product expert on current vehicles; by knowing the features and benefits of each vehicle as well as the competition.
• Explains features and demonstrates operation of car in showroom or on roads.
• Present proposal of cost per vehicle to customers.
• Utilizes only legal and ethical selling techniques.
• Ensure certifications are updated as assigned by Manufacturer.
• Conforms to all customer confidential information policies and laws.
• Meet the minimum sales requirements each month.
• Meet the minimum CSI requirements each month.
• Ensure each vehicle is properly delivered to customers.
• Markets his/her product to potential customers via telephone, letters and personal contact.
• Follow up after each sale with each customer to ensure satisfaction and potential referrals.
• Know and follow dealerships sales system.
• Maintain all sales tracking in VinSolutions.

BDC Representative

Job Description
BDC/Internet Sales Representatives will be responsible for handling all incoming phone calls and internet leads, as well as confirming sales appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers (e.g., internet leads, showroom visits, and incoming calls). BDC Representatives will strive to generate repeat business by reaching out to current customers and ensuring complete satisfaction in ownership, as well as in marketing efforts by accurately obtaining and logging customer sources.

Job Responsibilities
• Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person)
• Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance
• Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
• Keep website up-to-date with vehicle specifications and availability
• Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles
• Disclosing terms of sales with consumers and reviewing sales with dealership management

Job Requirements
Successful Kia BDC/Internet sales professionals have come from a variety of backgrounds. The ideal candidate has customer service and/or a general sales background of some sort, (electronics, appliances, real estate, B2B, marketing, etc.), a hard working professional with experience providing exceptional customer service and looking to make a career change, or a college graduate looking to pursue a career in sales.

• Sales experience required
• Requires strong communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers
• Must be Internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills to help keep track of all sales leads and to keep the website data up-to-date

Car Washer/Detailer

Job description
• Assists the sales department and team to move, park and rearrange cars
• Returns vehicles to display area, parked in the proper position meeting manufacturer's standards after cleaning
• Washes vehicle exterior, cleans interior and exterior windows, clears vehicles of dust/debris/fingerprints accumulated from being on display and wipes down doorjambs as required
• Rinses all vehicles on the front outdoor display line of dust and debris accumulated from outdoor conditions
• Vacuums interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris
• Shines and cleans all inside and outside display vehicles' tires and wheels
• Maintains power washer vehicle, monitors gas usage, and other necessary equipment for job
• Drives vehicles to and through the car wash in a safe manner
• When not assigned to wash cars removes trash, empties trash barrels and cleans work areas
• Fills vehicles with fuel
• Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner
• Uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection
• Understands and follows work rules and procedures
• Follows all attendance and punctuality standards with adherences to timekeeping standards including recording time of arrival, departure and all breaks
• Follows lawful directions from supervisors
• Upholds the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements
• Attends company meetings as required.
• Works evenings, weekends and holidays as required

Must provide current figures including PVR and penetration.
The Position
The position of Finance Manager ensures that the dealership meets its gross objectives on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis. You would be responsible for producing additional revenue for the dealership by selling after-market finance and insurance products to customers. Must have excellent skills relating to CIT, CSI and customer service. The pay plan includes even pay across the board for the selling products including Service Contracts, Maintenance Agreements and Gap Coverage.
Must have an outgoing personality and a positive attitude. Must possess expertise in building strong relationships with customers and lenders. This Finance Manager position also requires reviewing customers credit, presenting financing options, and preparing the delivery documentation along with ensuring timely funding of contracts.
